Bill, Rick and Cortney are the three operator owners of the cafe. The building was originally built as a Skippers Fish and Chips; then became Speedys Cafe and was office space before we purchased the building in March of 2006. The kitchen was left where it was but we remodeled everything else from roof to ceiling. We spent three months completing our own remodeling.

Bill is brilliant with color and design and was helpful in organizing the remodeling process. He spearheaded most of that. Rick is great at organization and ordering. He also did the landscaping. Cortney dealt with some details like our computer system and staffing. All three of us worked our butts off though and still do.

We are very proud of how it turned out. We love the neighborhood. The response has been great, and we have already met tons of wonderful new people. - Cortney
