The Glitretind restaurant near Park City is the height of culinary excellence, providing guests with an extraordinary global cuisine experience. Last year, the Glitretind was one of a handful of places, and the only Park City restaurant, to win a Sant Restaurant award. This prestigious industry award is yet another acknowledgement of the wonderful dining experience created by our Executive Chef Zane Holmquist and his dynamic staff.

In addition, we have Sommelier Cara Schwindt, a perfect guide for wine novices and connoisseurs alike, to assist in pairing wine with your menu selection. She is also responsible for purchasing and selecting our wine, which now features 10,000 bottles and more than 750 different selections of local, domestic and international wines and champagnes.
