Owner Bridget Gordon brings her longtime experience in the bar industry to the
neighborhood look and feel of The Green Pig Pub. Her recent stint of 11+ years at
Salt Lakes famous Port OCall ensures that The Green Pig Pub will be a lively,
thriving place to eat, drink, and meet up with friends old and new.

In addition to being an experienced bar manager, Bridget is also an accomplished whitewater river runner, with some of the Wests greatest rivers under her belt.
Come on down and swap river stories with her!

Bridget is committed to protecting the environment and to operating a sustainable business. The interior of The Green Pig Pub makes use of eco-friendly materials,
including the huge passive solar windows that let in just the perfect light.
The bar itsellf, along with many other items, has come directly from the old Port O-Call!

The Green Pig Pub is also dedicated to enlarging Salt Lake cultural diversity
through art, music and social awareness. We are excited for the opportunity
to be involved in the evolution of Salt Lakes vibrant downtown.
